Investiture Ceremony is the most awaited ceremony of the year as it signifies the confidence that the school places in the newly vested appointees. The ceremony signifies the confidence and reliance that the school invests in the newly elected office bearers. Chinmaya Vidyalaya Koramangala, Bangalore held the Investiture Ceremony for the newly appointed Student Council members on 12th June 2024.
The event commenced with arrival of the chief guest Mr. Maadesha, Police Inspector Koramangala. He was received with the guard of honour by the band students and escorted by the student leader along with Executive Secretory Mr. Krishna Bhatta, and Principal Mrs. Sathyarani. The programme began with an invocation song, followed by lighting the lamp, and the arrival of leaders of the Vidyalaya. The welcome address was rendered by the Principal Mrs. Sathyarani.G, who motivated all the students to give their best to prove their mettle. The programme was followed by pipping the badges and sashes to the leaders with respective flags for the leaders, they bring pride to everyone by upholding the values of the Vidyalaya. The programme was followed by oath-taking ceremony. The guest of honour administered the oath to the newly appointed Student Council members.
The Chief Guest Mr. Madesha congratulated the members of the student Council and motivated them to embrace their responsibilities with utmost compassion and empathy towards everyone. He also guided the young leaders to in still the spirit of ‘Service Before Self’.
The ceremony concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Mr. Lakshmanan.M the sports co-ordinator of Vidyalaya.
