School Discipline
- Students should reach the school 10 minutes before the bell. Late comers should get the late attendance record signed by their parents. Repeated late comers will be penalised. 3 days of late arrival to school by a student attracts a one day of absent mark.
- Each and every student should be in neat uniform and it is advisable that all students should purchase atleast one set of uniform every year.
- The school is not responsible for the loss of personal property brought to school by students. Jewellery must not be worn while coming to the school.
- Writing or scribbling on walls, dirtying the class room or damaging any school property is forbidden. Damage to school property will attract penalty.
- No private tuitions by school staff is permitted without the approval of the Principal.
- Politeness / courtesy of speech and conduct are expected from the students. Every student is expected to live up to the moral and spiritual standard set by the school.
- On meeting teachers or other staff for the first time, whether in the school premises or outside, students should greet them with “Hari Om”.
- Students should take pledge that they will initiate the quest for cleanliness in them, their family, their locality, city and their school that will help in making our country clean.
- No Pupil suffering from an infectious disease shall be allowed to attend school.
- Every pupil must take part in the extra curricular and co- curricular activities of the school.
- To ensure uniformity, students are required to buy books and uniforms including sweater from the school only.
- Parents and guardians are advised not to seek permission to take their wards from the school except during emergency situation.
- The school reserves the right to dismiss a pupil on grounds of irregular attendance, habitual late arrival, disobedience to teachers and any kind of indiscipline, objectionable behaviour, not keeping with the dignity of the school inside the premises or elsewhere.
- Parents are requested to read the rules carefully and see that they are followed. Rules are subject to modification in the interest of the school.
- Children must be collected by parents within half an hour after the school bell. After that school will not be responsible for the safety of their children.
- Parents should also maintain the details of the mode of transport of their ward, viz vehicle no. drivers name, phone no. & address. In case of the absence of regular auto-driver, the new auto- driver should produce proper identification for taking the child.
- Speaking English is a must when in school. The respective languages must be used during the language class.
- Students should not carry mobile phones / cameras / any other costly electronic gadgets to school, if found the same will be confiscated and returned only at the end of the year.
- If students ‘are withdrawn at the beginning or in the middle of the academic year the full year’s fee has to be paid and only then the TC will be issued.
- Loitering on corridors during working hours is not permitted
Important Points to be noted by the parents:
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the School Campus. If found in possession, it will be confiscated.
- Students resorting to unfair means during the examination will be dealt with strict disciplinary action.
- Re-examination will not be held for failure or absentees in all classes.
