The program began with the invocation song on Goddess Saraswathi by UKG students. The traditional lamp lighting ceremony was done by the Chief Guest Smt. Rashmi Rao, Executive Secretary ShriKrishna Bhatta, and Principal Smt. Sathya Rani amidst the chanting of “Asathoma Sadgamaya……..”
Principal Smt. SathyaRani welcomed the parents and introduced the Chief Guest for the day Smt. Rashmi Rao to the August gathering. Executive Secretary Shri Krishna Bhatta honored the Chief Guest for her service to society.
Students who had been punctual and had 100% attendance in the academic year 2023-24 were given the certificates and prizes by the Chief Guest Smt. Rashmi Rao.
The Chief Guest shared how Chinmaya Vidyalayas are different from other schools, the problems faced by children after the COVID period, the necessity, and how to solve the problems. This was followed by the colorful display of dances by the pre-primary students.
The Cultural Co-odinator Smt. Dakshayani proposed the vote of thanks. The program ended with Shanthi Manthra and Vande Mataram.
